I had the same problem when I bought mine......do you suppose Bubba searches the ads for vettes and then messes with all of the passenger doors in the middle of the night????  Wits%20End
 
I used a bunch of WD40 and the crud inside the door finally let go so I could work the handle back and forth.  That might be a place to start.

Got it open, used the special tool, the wife. Cleaned the lock mech with brake cleaner, then lubed it up with lithium grease, then we did the drivers door. Next the steering wheel comes off. then a seal kit for the headlight actuators. Has anyone installed this kit on the actuators? how difficult to install?Smile

Just a suggestion here. You can do a search on headlight actuator seal and find some information.
 
I also suggest you start a new thread in the correct subject area. It will help all of us.
