Has anyone had experience in buying aftermarket rocker moldings for a 71? I would love to use my originals but one side has a pretty good dent in it. I am trying to stay away from foreign made. Any suggestions on where to go? Thanks, Terry

Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
I got mine, right side, from C3parts on E-BAY. Very good product, original in good condition. Check the SHOPPING block on the tool bar at the opening of the site. Much more to see after you get there.

Hey Manchester. I would be real interested in getting a used one for the drivers side. I can't seem to find the link for C3parts on Ebay. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Terry

#2 -2000 C5, black/black, 6 sp, Bose system & lots of buttons.
Can't you strip the black paint on the rocker panel's and then try to take the dent out? Like......
place the rocker panel on a wood board and hit the dent out with one of them rubber hammer lookin' things? Then take some masking tape to cover the silver metal part and spray the part that's supposed to be black with paint and Waaaa..Laaaa! A restored rocker panel.
