What you mean is Urethane........this might help in your repair: http://www.vetteweb.com/tech/vemp_0810_c5_urethane_bumper_repair/repair_images.html If you just want to sand the lacquer paint just use 400 or higher. It all depends on what you're trying to do.corvette440hp 2009-04-06 15:33:10
