Hey Guys,
When sidepipes are installed, is there a filler panel available to replace the one with the stock exhaust cut-outs or is it left as is? I haven't seen any pictures. Also, are those chrome sidepipes with the all the individual tubes converging into one massive pipe custom-made? Real expert here.....

I guess I wasn't clear enough with my question......
That panel I'm referring to is the region below the rear bumpers where the chrome tips poke out from and the exhaust bezels reside. For those of you with sidepipes.....

If you have sidepipes you will need to order a filler panel for a sidepipe car. It will have the outlets blocked out.
The Pipes are ordered from various supply houses. I would recomend that you order some that have been hot Jet coated as they look almost chrome and they are cooler to run. Heat off them in the summer is a pain in the ass if you are cruising too slow. They are two piece on each side. the tubes under the doors come off.
These things will take the hide off your calf's if you wear shorts and forget about them when you go to get out of your car. I mean they will seriously burn (3rd deg) if you are not carefull.
Good luck

Combat boots are my normal fare, saved my legs quite a bit of damage when I got out of Eric76's car and put my leg up against the pipes. The leather of the boots started smoking and got warm VERY fast. Be careful with the pipes!
The look great though!

Hey,
I think the pipes you are asking about are Hooker Headers. Do a search for that and I think you will find them. They look awesome!

Ya gotta love'em, though, so what's a few layers of skin, huh. Thanks for the warning, Pantera and Para75....We'll be careful(wife's 5ft tall)
