Vince and Larry....That's a "neat guy" type of offer.....but

With shipping costs, would we be 'spinning our wheels' so-to-speak?

If it's going to cost 3 or 4 bucks each way.........well ??

Please let me know what the real cost is....interesting, (a traveling bent screwdriver).

Yep yer right Rich... er sort of. A couple thaingz unknown might change your opinion:

A. I don't know the dimensions. (I want them to be correct)

B. I have an ulterior motive (I'm sneaky like that...)

However in an attempt to be straight up I'll tell ya a lil more.

I can ship it for free because I manage an industrial shipping / receiving warehouse.

I plan on doing this:

"Thanks Vincent! Once I get the tool I will make a few from the design. Likewise I will make a few instructions. In the advent some future vette owners may have a need I will be able to accomodate the request in a no deposit no return manner."

Does that help ta shed some light in my reasoning?

                             Tux...

P.S.......Just had a terrific thought.

We could use that bent screwdriver as our mascot. Everybody that uses that screwdriver would become a member of the "bent screwdriver club".

It could even travel to Carson City. We could get a glass display case for it.

Anybody needing door springs could count on the "bent screwdriver" showing up at their door eager to help poor souls install those evil springs.

Just think, how this kind gesture could save legs, arms, and hands from being crushed by unsprung doors.

Hmmmmmm.....I think i'll go to bed now.....goodnight !!
