two questions about this screw below. 1st does anyone have an original like this, I am missing 1 side.
second what does it actually do. I can see that this screw actually interacts with anything.

It appears to be the drivers side. If it's passenger, could it be for the park/engage stop for wipers to stop/start vaccume switch to close door when wipers are shut off. Not sure how 69's were set up.

Both sides are setup the same, i am missing a screw but ive looked at a couple on ebay and they have both screws
