Could be the side window weatherstrip, T-top weatherstrip toward the A-pillar, or the cowl area where your wipers are located. HAve your door weatherstrips been replaced? These leaks can be hard to find because of the number of possibilities. Good luck.

Take a flashlight and lay upside down in the floorboard.  Have someone use a hose and put water on the t-top, the windshield frame areas and other areas to see if you can see when and where it comes from.

Take the pass side kick panel off, and see how much funk is growing down there. A lot of tree leaves/bugs/general crap will settle in the kick panel, and stop up the drain, forcing water to pour over into the cabin.
If it ain't leaking past the windshield, the t-tops, or side weatherstripping, that's the most logical place.
If it only seems to leak when driving in the rain, it is water being forced up under the trim around the w-shield, and running down. This may not show by just running a hose on it...

Joel,
Is the drain behind the kick panel draining water from the cowl area?

Yeppers...it's supposed to, anyway. If you look up from underneath, you can see the drain...on a really CLEAN car. Most of them have too much junk in them to actually find, tho...

Yup, I've got rusty drainage behind my kickpanel too. I was afraid it was the weather stripping on the lower outside area of the windshield. Guess I'd better look deeper. Thanks guys.

Bad sealant around the w-shield will also run water down in this area, so ya can't really count that out as a suspect. The main reason I mentioned it to begin with was due to the drain down there. If it don't drain the water out, it's got to go somewhere...either onto the floors, or into rust.
I think the AIM shows the drain area, but I'm not 100% sure...I'll have to look. I do have a couple of "restoration" books that have a pic or two of the area...I'll see if I can dig something up to post...
