I get water at the kick pads whenever the car is washed or get caught in the rain... I've replaced the windshield and the frame was like new..no rust.. then i replaced all weather seals and still leaks... what now?

Thanks for that. I just got over a really crappy day, and that laugh felt good.

On a serious note--dude, it sounds like you need new seals in the vent doors. Are you getting wind blowing through them while driving, and you have them closed?
pull the kick pads, pull the vent door and reach inside and see if cavity is full of leaves and crude,take a vacume cleaner and clean left and right to the bottom,there is a drain hole at the bottom,clear it with a cloths hanger
