Does anyone know which is a good epoxy to use to "re-glue" the upper section of the front of my car (the section/nose in front of the hood seam) it's become unglued and the hood looks lower than the front seam.

I use Evercoat Vette Panel Adhesive/Filler.  It is for SMC and Fiberglass panels.  It is sold by auto body supply stores.  One quart and hardener cost around $25.00.  Tell them what year Vette you have and they will get sell you the product designed for your car.  This is used by the paint & body shops that repair corvettes.
