Vette(s): 1974, 454 with 4 on the floor, matching numbers.
|saluteflag| I'm in the process of purchasing a restored 76 Vette. The only problem that I'm concerned about is that the windows (power) don't close all the way. It stops leaving a space of 1/8 in. from the top. The strips are new. Note: If I open the door the windows close all the way.
Thanks,
Cookie

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
This is not a big deal. There are many adjustments inside the door. You will have to remove the door panels. It has been awhile from the last time I have made the adjustments, so I can't tell you off hand exactly which is which. A bit of trial and error will get you there. You can adjust the tilt in or out, the total height from the door, and the forward, backward angle. Try it with the door open, and closed. Close the door gently so you don't break the window if the adjustment are off the wrong way. Do one at a time, a little at a time, and you'll find it not too difficult.

Thanks Ken, I'll give it a try.
