I am installing a new wind shield. At the bottom of the windshield frame there is a lot of seems to be rubber or old sheild strip. Do I scrape the entire bottom frame? Would it be possible for me to scrap entire bottom frame sand it and prime it and just use the seal that comes with the windshield? Second question, there are two holes one one each side of the bottom windshield frame. Do I cover over it with the windshield stick strip or do I go around it?

Yes, clean all the goop off around the frame, sand or blast any rust, treat with Rust Not or some other treatment.
I used 3M Windo-Weld. It's a fast dry Urethane you use with a caulking gun. The number is 51135-08609.
The two holes, not sure what you mean. I have a 1982, I don't remember seeing them.
I think there are two small rubber blocks that hold the windshield up some.
Don't press the top down too much, then the window top strip won't fit right.
It's a two man job.

I just cleaned everything off. on each side of the bottom windshield frame there are two holes, what are they for? they are a little bigger them a nickle. Does the sticky strip go all the way around the intire windshield frame? or do you just put it in the grove at the bottom frame witch is about three feet long and them around each pillar and top windshild frame
I just saw your other post about a rusted out frame, is that why you have two nickel size holes there? I don't recall any holes in mine.
I ran a heavy bead of caulking all around the frame, extra along the bottom. The windshield is shaped funny on the bottom, that's where the wiper blades park. I caulked about 2'' from the bottom in the center part.

Can anyone give me some last min advise on installing new windshield? I have everything cleaned and ready for install. Never installed windshield before. Should I try it? I have seen over 80 views and only three replys

I wish I could, I need to have the windshield replaced in mine, or do It myself if possible.
Set the windshield in place without the caulking to center it in the frame.
Run a piece of masking tape from the top center of the frame down to and onto the top of the windshield. Take a razor blade or knife and slice the tape between the frame and windshield.
Remove the windshield, install the caulking, set in the windshield using the tape as a guide to center it.
Don't forget to install the trim clips first.

I'm assuming the two holes you are talking about are for the plastic locating blocks. you will need them or the windscreen will sag over time or even while the bonding is setting. I seem to recall that windscreens of this era were bonded in place by a heat activated strip. It should be a bonding strip with a wire running through it. You put the strip in place, then the windscreen on top of it and hook the wires up to 12V. The resistance wire heats up the strip and bonds it to the glass and frame.
