Can anyone help me with some ideas on how to align the wiper door. Mine is real high on the passanger side and good on the drivers side. I had the door off last weekend, but I can't figure out how to align it.

you and me both..

i installed mine this weekend also..

it took me nearly 6 hours to get it right..

I had to play with the mounting stud shims quite a bit to get just the right position.. then it wouldnt center correctly so i used wooden shims to center the door grille and then tightened it down.. it looks right

i tested it with a hand pump and all goes well.

oh and another thing.. put the grille on and use it to match the level to the fenders.. not the wiper door.. the wiper door is adjustable for height separately with adjusment screws on the side hinges. get the grille even with the fenders and youre home free

Ben. thanks for the input. I would like to upload a pic to show the mis-alignment, but I'm unable to. Any ideas on uploading the pic? |headscratch|

i looked at the link you had posted previously..

looks like you need to adjust the screw on the passenger side hinge.
