wiper door opens up just fine, finally, but it does not open enough to allow wipers to be working, any easy way to adjust this, thanks.

"Finally"??
Does it come up slowly, and maybe it's just not opening all the way? That could be a leak in the actuator, either from the rubber sealing plug on the outer end, or the rod seal on the inner end. If you take the plug out of the outer end(the end on the engine side), you can stick your finger in there, and push on it to open the wiper door. If you do that, and the door opens completely, it may just need some lubrication on the pivots, or it may mean the actuator needs attention.
There are several adjustments for the wiper door, and each one can cause another one to be off. You have to be sure that the limit switch adj. is correct, too, or the wipers will bang on the door when closing, or, the wipers won't come on when the door is open.
The adjustment for the door opening is on the actuator rod itself, and the adjustment for the limit switch is on the rod that actually works the switch.
Kinda vague, I know, but I don't have any printed references...(hint, hint

ps...sent ya an e-mail...
