Get your filthy minds out of the gutters....

Is a front end cover (bra) worth it?
Do many of you use them and is LeBra the only source????

I have one and found it chafted my paint where the lead fold over areas where, Tux told me I was using the wrong wax and hooked me on Zaino Bros wax. I still hesitate to use the bra. I plan to make sure I have fresh Zaino on the nose and letting her run au' naturall....... and having the car go braless also

The guy that just painted my car recommends against them. There is not only the chafing of the paint but also that if moisture gets under the bra it will stain your paint. I won't use them.

Go Bra less baby!

I drive my baby a lot. Not too much going on up front except, where the guy backed into her. I do have several little pits in the windshield and often hear a rock popping out of the tires as I get on pavement. So, I'll have to go with the hippy chick thing - no braw.....

Nobody ever waves when I'm driving the Explorer.

Same here.

When I had my Vette painted last August, the guy who painted it said that not only should I not put a bra on the car, (because of moisture issues), he also said that I shouldn't use my car cover or even wax the car for at least 6 months. This would allow the paint to completely "cure" without sealing in any moisture. I take this guy's recommendations seriously because his reputation is excellent and his cars consistently win awards at car shows.

I have used mine on all long trips, Seattle to Pigeon Forge and back, Seattle to Hot springs and back, not one chip in the expensive paint job. To stop the brusing that flaps make in the wind, I used 3M clear coat tape, in between the bra and the paint, I use it at the lower section prone to chips, I run a strip behind the rear wheels on the body, up front on the spoiler, after the trip peel it off and wipe using GM adheasive remover, nice as new. I use it on my C4 under the left and right doors, no rock chips..I'll show you in Effingham when I get there..Terry
