Any info on chassis black paint appreciated. The only products I found seem to have a catch. Example, the spray paint from Eastwood is only available as a kit and I don't need the whole kit.

Thanks Bill Folse

Best stuff in the world is at the link below. It is hammer finish as long as you prepare correctly and you will never have to paint it again.

You can also buy basic chassis paint from just about any auto body supply house. Another trick I've used is to use Rustoleum, buy a quart of each. gloss and flat black. Just mix your own to the sheen you're looking for.

Hi,
I used the POR-15 Chassis Black paint on my car with excellent results. The only down side is the necessity to clean and prime the metal before applying the finish coat.
Good luck,
Tom
