I want some opinions on wheel treatments for my car. Almost everyone that does not have custom wheels on their C3 have the rally(or is it rallye) or mag wheels. I rarely see these covers. I had the opportunity to purchase these at a good price, so I did.

What is your opinion of this type of wheel treatment ? I have not yet decided.

Don't you dare give up those wheels for something else Tim! I don't know how to say this so I am just gonna blurt it but... the paint... the tires... the wheels..... there Freakin Sharp Bro don't change them out!!!
They look good. I took my stock rally wheels and painted them to match my car. I got the idea out of a Vette magazine.Bought new trim rims put them on, changed the look of the Vette completely.

I have the P02 wheel covers on my '69. Keep them...they're hard to come by in any kind of decent condition. Two years ago at Carlisle I saw a NOS set of them...the seller wanted $1800 for them!!! Good, used sets go for $600-$800.
They look good, but they are heavy and if you aren't careful, you'll bang your shins into them...been there, done that...more than once.

IMO, you can't get a better looking wheel. Like Gunslinger stated, a nice set of those wheel covers are rare and will only increase in value, plus they look great on your car.

I get both sides. I like them for their rarity. Two are in good shape and two are a little faded on the center logos. They are originals. I paid $100 for the set.

they do look good but i kind of like the rally wheels better. who knows
maybe if i had them and saw them on the car in front of me, i might
feel differently. you seemed to have gotten a great deal on them. most
of it is personnal choice. either way you go good luck with them.
