I PICKED UP THE POWERBALL BECAUSE MY CAR HAD BEEN SITTING FOR OVER A YEAR AND THE WHEELS LOOKED LIKE CRAP, OXIDIZED, VERY DULL FINISH. USED THE MOTHERS BY HAND FIRST, LOT OF HARD WORK. THE POWERBALL DOES A BETTER JOB IN A FRACTION OF THE TIME. YOU CAN LITERALLY DO THE ENTIRE 4 WHEELS IN 10 MIN.
WELL WORTH THE $

A lot of polished rims are clear coated, so u have to be careful of that. The clearcoat has to be removed before u can polish the rims and then reapplied after u r done. I usually use Boyd's chrome polish every winter to clean and polish my rims and then cleaar coat them. They last the whole season and all I have to do is wash them to keep them looking nice

Can the powerball be used on wire spoke like mine? I am all about anything that will cut down the time it takes me to clean these demonic tortures.
If so the next question is can I buy the powerball off of the shelf somewhere?
I think I saw the thing advertised on the tube one day and of course it was the best thing since sliced bread. I just hadn't heard or talked to anyone who had used one.

It may be to big to get in between the spokes? But on the larger parts of the rim it would be ok. I'v never seen it anywhere but on the tube..My sons rims were in really bad shape and we took a chance. It worked great on his rims and then dad took ownership of the ball buffer.HE,HE

I think I saw them at the Zone. I'll double check the next time I'm in there.

Got to save the WAVE You know it is scary I see so many newer corvette owners and give them the WAVE and they just give you a look like your crazy. Man that really p%&& me Off . The guys in the older car all know the wave. Oh well someday they will learn.

Thanks, George... I'm gonna check out my local Auto Zone and check the FLITZ website. If your car didn't have the funny bubbled window in the back our cars might pass a cousins and we definately agree about the new car owners!
