Your picture flashes by to quickly for me to see the fan, my '82 only has one fan between the engine and radiator. When I bought the car the seller had just installed a new fan clutch, did they leave something off?

Terrence, there should be the engine driven fan with the fan clutch mounted on front of it and there should be an electric fan inside of a circular housing made of plastic and is mounted between the engine driven fan and the radiator. The electic fan has plastic blades that are all joined by a circular piece of plastic and driven by an electric motor which is mounted to the radiator supports by a metal bracket. In the picture the electric fan is the part that is visible just forward of the fan clutch...its just a little difficult to take a picture of it. If you can reach forward from your fan clutch directly to your radiator without reaching through a plastic fan blade then you do not have an electric fan. There was a "heavy duty" cooling option on the 82 but I do not know what it consisted of, the electric fan may have been a part of that option?
