Dave

194 is the bulb part number...not the number of bulbs in the car....tho it may be close!

Oh, that makes more sense.
I looked at two or three of the dash bulbs in my car and they were marked with GE 1895 -- and that's what I ordered from Gilbert's website. Hopefully they're equivalent?

I think the heater core drama is over - bought one from ebay yesterday morning and it came today! It's the correct 2 1/2" thick and was actually a few $ cheaper than the Napa one. Vendor name is AutoPartsDirect2You and the brand is VistaPro/Proliance. Seems to be about the same quality as the other two I purchased previously. Now I just gotta put everthing back together again.
Thanks again for the advice, especially to Terry (My7T1) who actually called me to discuss. Pretty cool!

Pretty good article hear I used when doing mine.
I do remember one or two vacuum line I almost forgot to put on. It would have been difficult to put on later.
