"Someboby"??!!!

sorry, I just couldn't resist!
I knew someone out there had to have that resistor.

thanks, xfire!!

It's between the blower relay and the heater control valve. It has a plastic wire connector shaped like a "T" with four wires coming out of it. Looking down on it, kinda looks like a little football with a screw on each end. Yes, it's on the right side.
Good luck,

I'm assuming the fan works on "High". since you didn't say it didn't.

It may be the blower switch, too. Sometimes I have to wiggle mine to get it to make contact on the lower speeds. (I've got a new switch, just too lazy to put it in)

If the blower works on High, then we know the switch is getting power. The switch sends 12v to the high blower relay, because the blower amps on "high" are too much for the switch to handle by itself.

The switch sends 12v to the resistor on the lower speeds, and the resistor controls the fan speed, depending on which individual resistor is fed from the switch.
