I'm still debating whether to go with  electric fan or shroud. For you guys who have installed electric fans...did you put it in front of or behind the radiator?

I used twin flexolite, temp sensor in the intake next to t-stat. Never saw one mounted in the front on a vette.

It's always better to install a puller instead of a pusher. A puller (behind) is more efficent as a pusher tends to block the air it's trying to get through the radiator.

If you installed the sensor on the intake how did you work the connections? the intake has a 1/2" NPT and the sensor looks like a straight 5/8" dia thread?

I could not find a piece of hardware with a 1/2 NPT (male) with a 5/6" (female) straight thread?

I got it, it's not a straight thread but a 3/8 NPT so all I need is a reducer.

One more question: on the wire diagram it's require one wire to the ignition? where do I go for this? please don't send me under the dash.

You can go to the 12+ side of the coil
