Vette(s): 1972 Convertible, A/C, with matching numbers. Sunflower yellow.
I removed my radiator and shroud from my 72 SB. I'm having an impossible time trying to get the new ones in.  I'm trying not to damage the fins.  Does anyone know how to get them in without damaging the new radiator. It's a real pita!!!!!

Tape some heavy cardboard over the fin area on both sides, and then just be vewy, vewy carefaw, and take your time. Patience is the key.

And....none of this...

Two people and install the radiator and shroud at the same time. Leave the bottom piece of the shroud off. Its a rough job, but I have doen it twice....Or you can pull the upper control arms out for more room.....And that's ALOT of fun......

Hood and fan off makes it a lot less messy. Terry
