I had a Ram clutch (multi-finger)and stock GM flywheel in my old '79 Chevy 4x4 1/2 ton, 350/350 hp. It performed well. The clutch pedal would stick to the floor once in awhile when I twisted the tach above 6000 rpm's (over-centering). But thats common for a multi-finger clutch. A 3 finger won't over-center as easy, but it's a bit more stiffer on the left leg. I have a CenterForce dual friction clutch in my car. It was well worth the money, easy on the leg and grips awesome.
Good luck
