Ended up getting a LuK for $120 shipped on Ebay.  Seller's name is "Partsboulevard" (good rating).  There were other sellers that were offering the same part number for $180 with additional shipping costs.  Already received it and it's at the machine shop that's doing my block and heads so he can balance everything together.
