Since the 82 does not have a drain plug is it possible to add one? I was reading on another forum that you can on most c3's but the 80-82 case may not be thick enough to do this. Anyone done this? The one I saw was using a 1/4"x1/8" bushing and 1/8" plug along the bottom.
Thanks

My 82 has a drain plug! I had to remove the spare carrier in order to expose it.  I am sure that the diff fluid change I did after that was the very first drink of clean fluid it had ever had!
