Vette(s): 1969 L71 riverside gold convertible on frame restoration numbers matching motor 4:11 factory rear 4speed with hooker side pipes
I just picked up a flywheel (free) from a buddy, never used, but he's had it hanging around for a long time. He was told it was from a 69 corvette. I have spent all day trying to find out if it is. The casting numbers are 14091599n the date code is 295T. It has GM4 on it, so it is a GM product. Of course, the one book I don't have is corvette by the numbers. My chevy dealer tried to find out what it was and he couldn't. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Well, I checked my "numbers" book, and it's got everything but flywheels!
The 140 is definitely a Chevy number, tho.
The factory parts manual doesn't show any flywheels with that number, either.
Some help I am, eh?
