Has anyone ever used their "George Forman" grill to heat the rear wheel bearings up so they slide on the spindle? I've heard that you can do this. I was wondering how high do you set the grill and for how long?

If it's not painted, Chrome it!!!

Heating the bearings is one option. You don't want to heat them a lot, or you could damage them. A couple of hundred degrees is okay.
I would rather see you put the spindles in the freezer. Same concept, but the other way around. Leave them in the freezer for at least 5 or 6 hours. It does help.
