Hello!
I have successfully completed rebuilding the entire rear suspension on my 1969 Corvette. I have a few posts mentioning the build process on this forum.
I need advise on where to take my car in the Pittsburgh/Washington PA area for a good four wheel alignment. A shop the knows the rear suspension particular to the Vette. Any suggestions are appreciated!
With Regards, Mike Chmiel

Since a vast majority of C3VR members appear to be concentrated in the PA area, you would think someone would have a suggestion for a good shop to recommend.
You might try checking the Mechanic Directory located in the "Research" drop-down menu at the top of the pages here. Might be something close to you in there. hth

I agree. I thought a lot of favorite shops would be mentioned.

Have you tried contacting Bair's in Linesville, Pa. Parts and service is their business and they are one of our sponsors.
According to Google maps, they are 2hrs North of Pittsburg using Rt. 76.
None better!

Hello,
Bair's is the shop that rebuilt all the components of the rear suspension. I talked to the shop and they suggested Colussy Chevrolet id Bridgeville, PA. Colussy is going to do the alignment Thursday. It is a long and EXPENSIVE process with those shims for the trailing arms and aligning the front and the rear to track straight.

Finished components,
The motorcycle lift was invaluable in helping install the trailing arms and differential as I was doing the project by myself.
