can I have a stock th350 with this engine specifications?

or i must take a th400 ?

any overdrive aviable?

Yes, this will work, however, I wouldn't trust it behind the original trans/clutches. You can rebuild the trans with better parts (See B&M or Raybestos). If it has been rebuilt previously it may or may not hold up. Good luck, nice engine by the way.
