OK so I DID read the other post about the same thing but JUST wanted to make sure I got the same answers.

Both rear tires have a noticable "tick" sound, most notable when driving next to a building or a wall.
Bearings?
Normal?

make sure if the tires are new that you did not just pick up a small pebble., happens to me all the time. Makes a ticking sound when it hits the pavement

is it a click, or, a scheechy scheechy sound at low speed? If it's a click, could be pebble, in tar, maybe something has got into the parking brake
Scheechy sound could be bearings, universals, clutch packs.

I like that word, scheechy!!!LOL

Not scheechy.

Kind of like a card in the spokes sound.
Constant. Not a pebble. No winter studs. (geez).

One per revolution.
I will put it on the jack and see what it is. Both sides though.

Sounds like either u-joints, or wheel bearings. Possible something in the e-brake, but if it's constant, it would have to be something like a wheel weight hitting on the trailing arm/e-brake cable.
Does the car have factory style rims, or aftermarket? Some aftermarket rims will just touch/rub on the calipers.

I'm going with u-joints...

I had a similar problem and it  was the center caps not being on tight. I also once had a stone inside one of them. What a racket!

So ya liked the studs huh? Hit were a joke...

If'n ya had the wheels off an thar aluminium ya mightz check yer nutz. They might be a tad loose. That sometimes makes da capz a rattle too.

Brother Joel has mentioned to very good possibilities with the E-brake & da U-joint.

If'n ya get hit up on jackstandz you an a buddy ortta be able ta spin dem wheels an indenterfy da source.

Happy Hunting...

But these days you never know.....(I cant type like that so I wont!)

If I did have studs I could have made "dumbest thread of all time".
