Okee Dokee ,I finally crawled back under her wid my long extension and a wobble socket and got that darn bolt off got the modulater valve off,lost some fluid there.figure as long as I'm under there just for laughs I'll change the filter,how many qts.of fluid to refill the tranny for a filter change,TH350

Prolly 4. The trans will take aboot 10-11 quarts when completely empty, and fluid changes will normally require around 4 qts...just depends on if it were low to start with.

Dextron II or III is fine...

Don't over torque the pan bolts, it will squish the gasket out, run it for a bit and re torque...I believe that it is 8 ftp. Also take a straight edge to the pan gasket area and make sure there is no dips.
