Hey I was looking at my radiator and on the front I am assuming is the radiator for the transmission but on the passenger side I see a female fitting but nothing is hook up to it. What is suppose to be hook up to it? Is there a hose from the transmission?

If your car has an automatic transmission (or ever did), it needs to have cooling lines hooked up to the radiator. The radiator has internal cooling lines for cooling transmission fluid.

If what you're looking at is a seperate, smaller looking radiator mounted in front of the main radiator, it could be an auxiliary transmission cooler someone mounted in the past or the a/c condenser.

Yup...that's what it sounds like to me, too. An auxiliary trans cooler. It has bypassed the cooler in the radiator, which is why you see the open fitting.
You can re-plumb it so it is factory if you want, but the aux. cooler, depending on it's size, will cool the trans better on it's own.

Hey I'm think its for the AC. I have AC but its not hook right now another project down the road.

Well, yeah...the condenser connections are on the pass. side. If you are looking at a contraption that looks just like a radiator, and is the same size as the radiator(except thinner), then that is the condenser for the A/C system.
