Vette(s): 1981 Blue Ice Met. w/pearl ghost flames TKO500 5speed. LS1 Swap 3.45 Dana 44.
Via my Haynes manual
Driveshaft and or Driveaxle U-joint strap or U-bolts is 15 Ft-lbs.
Driveshaft to pinion flange is 15 Ft-lbs.
Driveaxle to wheel spindle flange 75 Ft-lbs ???
Hope this helps. I would use a drop of thread locker just prevent the possibility of them backing off.

Clean the threads and put a drop of oil on them
to do it right!

12-15 ft.lbs. If you over torque you'll put stress on the roller bearings inside and cause failure. If you want to feel more secure, put some locktite on the threads, thats what I did when I rebuilt mine. If you don't have one yet, I'd get either the Clymers or Haynes book for your car. It has the torque specs for everything. I couldn't live without mine.
