Hey, when I reach speeds of 70 pulse my steering wheel has a slight vibration in it. What would cause this? Could it be misalignment in the from end?

Could be. Or it could be tire balance.
Did it just start doing this?
Has anything been changed recently?
Did you hit any pot holes recently?
I just noticed this is double posted.

A vibration at 70 is not an alignment problem. It will be tire balance or an out of round condtion of a tire or rim combination.
Sometimes if the tire rim combo is out of round, the tire can be repositioned on the rim to correct for an offset.
Tire balancers round off to 1/4 ounce in normal mode. While this is okay most of the time, it can be better. Ballancers can be put into a precison mode. This takes them down to .05 ounce accuracy. Many guys in the tire shops don't know this, or care to do it if they do know. Some are willing. Good luck.
