I Have just read the thread of Eric76 on "Clutch is a killer" my problem is this my 76 C3 is in need of a new clutch (winter project) and i assume this as the pedal is very high, i think this is the original plate(58,000 on the clock)i have tried various adjustments to get the pedal at the correct level only to discover i cannot select and gear(not much fun
).
Having read all your replies, what is an HD clutch and should i consider it
? what are my choices ?.
Thanks
Gary

if you want a more drivable car get the stock clutch and pressure plate..
if you want to dump the clutch and lay long black marks
get a HI-Perf clutch and pressure plate.
your leg will get sore in traffic... but it will take alot more abuse.
