First of all, check all of the hoses to make sure they are still connected to the actuator, relays, and vacuum tank, it could just be a hose off of a connection. If all is secure, it could be either a vacuum headlight actuator, or the vacuum relay for the non-operating light. A simple test for the defective relay is to switch the relay hoses from the non-operating light and the operating one. Make sure you get them in the same relative locations when you swap the hoses. Swapping one hose at a time is a good way to make sure. If the light that previously did not operate begins to operate and the other one quits, its a relay problem. If the same light still does not open, its going to be an actuator problem. Crossfire1982 2009-06-25 11:49:46
