Only one headligt goes up ?

Does anyone know what may cause only one headligt to go up and down. Tried override switch and still only one goes up and down.

First of all, check all of the hoses to make sure they are still connected to the actuator, relays, and vacuum tank, it could just be a hose off of a connection.  If all is secure, it could be either a vacuum headlight actuator, or the vacuum relay for the non-operating light.  A simple test for the defective relay is to switch the relay hoses from the non-operating light and the operating one.  Make sure you get them in the same relative locations when you swap the hoses.  Swapping one hose at a time is a good way to make sure.   If the light that previously did not operate begins to operate and the other one quits, its a relay problem.  If the same light still does not open, its going to be an actuator problem.
