Okay, got it all back together, except for putting the dash.  I give it a try and still not getting the wiper motor to work.  getting a clicking at the relay in back and when I push the switch lever down I hear a click at the motor but I'm betting it's the pump for wiper fluid.  I'm guessing...I need more help.  Testing the switch?  Any ideas...starting it on fire is not an option since I'm very close to going for a ride.
