These are the delay module bypass connectors. The 2 on the left are both used for 79, the one on the right alone is used for 80 to 82 and would be installed to the connector that connects to the Control module in jack box behind passenger seat. The 2 for the 79 would be installed to the 2 connectors that go to the module under the center counsel.

Well, looks from that picture like I have the correct one.  I'm grabbing the car a little after noon today and let you know what I find out.

okie dokie I plugged in the bypass, still nothing. then I ran leads right from the battery to the wiper motor and it works. now just trace the wires back and see where the problem is. I love electrical problems .
