Help,
I finally got caught in the rain after a car show. Tried to turn the wipers on and they did go up one time. I had to push the button again to make it work manually. If I put it in the on position it would start to come up and go right back down. Would this be the switch or is it a vacuum problem. Need to get this resolved. Thanks for any inputs. This is on my 75 Corvette.

Well the good news is that on a '75 there are no vacuum related items having to do with the windshield wipers !! I would say the switch is certainly a possibility or perhaps a ground. There is one ground behind the instrument cluster and another at the wiper motor.
I had wiper issues with my '73 when I first got it and found some good bench test info on the switch and the wiper motor on the Willcox Corvette website.
You might want to start there and perhaps someone else has had this issue and can give you more detailed direction, good luck !!
