Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can purchase a new interior courtesy lamp timer for a 77 vette? The one my uses is a round style, looks kinda like a flasher and is located on the drivers side fuse panel area? If no one knows, is there a way to bypass it with a relay or something to still have courtesy lights when you open the door or turn the light switch to the interior lamp on position?

I had a simular problem with my 77, my interior lights would not turn off. I replaced the switch inside the door jam and had the switches in the doors cleaned, now it work just fine. I purchased the parts needed at NAPA. Good luck, Gene

Timer? I didn't know they used a timer. Do  ya mean they are suppsed to go off after a certain time?

Yeh,77-78 had a courtesy lamp timer for the interior lights..Here is what it looks like but I am sure as hell not going to pay 150.00 bucks for one... courtesy lamp timer
