Anyone know where I can get one for a decent price?  Ever since I've had my car it's been busted off (for a while I didn't even know what it was).  Apparently the switch is unique to '76; '74 and '75 had a similar switch but I think the difference for '76 is that it's lit.  I searched on ebay and found a NOS one for $60, but that's a bit steep for a switch IMHO (especially if one doesn't particularly need a NOS part).  I might go to radio shack and see if I can find something that would work, but it looks like the full amperage of the defroster goes through there so it would have to be something pretty stout.  Maybe some of the electrical parts catalogs?  McMaster-Carr?

Thanks!

Hi Dave -

Lectric Limited has the defroster harness, which may include the switch too for $60. Give them a call to find out for sure.

been watching your project, you're doing great. Clap

I was just checking Lectric Limited!Big smile The harness itself will NOT include the switch, and their catalog does not list the switch, BUT....they may actually have them. Wouldn't hurt to give them a ring Toll-Free:  866-624-1850.
Also, Paragon might have one, too. You could also give our good friend and member Larry a ring at Corvette Specialties. http://www.corvettespecialties.com/

Thanks for the help, guys!  Lots of good options out there - especially considering the big guys don't seem to carry stuff like this.  I'll do a little more research and post what I find out.
