Rebuilt switch and still a no go. Ordered new switch, still a no go. The old switch would lower the window at times. Have not got into it to much yet. Please don’t tell me the window motor is the issue. I will check out the harness and harness connections. Getting an ark inside the old and new switch, so contacts are getting the juice. Switch is not mounted.

On another note, me and two guys had to push my vette about 5 to 6 blocks back home. Would not start, carb was not getting gas. Gauge was low, but note rock bottom. All 3 of us were soaked to the bone after getting it back in my garage. Looked at all the obvious stuff first, nothing. I told myself this car cannot be out of gas but went to my shed and got some mower gas and put about 2 gals in the tank. After second start, gas to the cab and it started. Cannot believe I let that happen. Confirmed the low fuel light on the center console doesn't work..........lol.

As weird as that sounds, the same thing happened to me a couple months ago. The battery must not have had just enough oomph to power the system. Its also has been fine ever since.
