Vette(s): 1981 Blue Ice Met. w/pearl ghost flames TKO500 5speed. LS1 Swap 3.45 Dana 44.

Need a schematic for a '81 vette.

A/C quit after removing ECM harness and replacing center gauge printed circuit board/fuel gauge/clock/climate control unit.

Thanks Ken!

I looked them over briefly today. Greatly appreciated! Hopefully I will have it figured out by this weekend.

Problem is solved!

Thanks to Ken for sending me some schematics, the A/C issue is fixed!

FYI for 81'-82' vettes.

If you are "hot rodding" (removing the ECM wiring) your computer controlled vette's, and want to retain your A/C. You must cut open the tape on the chassis ECM harness (if you removed it.) and extract the LT. Green wire. It's the one that has a connector next to the wiper motor and goes to the connector under the E-brake cover. Reroute this wire as originally installed, plug it in, and the A/C will function again.
