my door locks done work with the power switch or man with the button or key, im going to take a look inside the door tomorrow does anyone have any advice or warnings for me? ryn9212000 2011-06-02 20:26:57

It's usually the switch or the contact block that the switch plugs into. I replace the harness with the contact block and the switch and it has worked fine since.

The contacts inside the block get corroded. Just splice the new block wires into the existing harness at the switch location. An easy job. Also clean & lube all the linkage inside the doors.

Sounds like the linkage inside the door has fallen off. You'll need to remove the door panel(s) and have a look-see...
It might be something as simple as re-attaching the linkages, or it could be something more sinister...
