Brian, your 73 is Sweet! Picture is a big help,the previous owner put in new carpet and never put the new light back in.I'll have something to do Saturday morning.Once again Brian and Bret thanks, this website is is full of helpful people.

Just a note: I believe there is a thin sheet metal plate behind the carpet that I had to poke around to find the screw holes. Try to pull the carpet back and take a look.

That's what they did,put new rug, in took the old light out and went right over it.New light was installed it's working fine.Thanks guys.
