OK Im working my way through the entire electrical system and most everything is up and running. Found the alarm horn wire had been cut so i expected a problem. Tested the alarm by locking the door and it works. All the time. Wont stop honking unless I unlock the door.  I already installed a new hood switch, I believe the door switches are working since the courtesy lights operate correctly (wiring diagram shows these switches operate both the alarm and the lights).  I check the T-top switches and I have none. No switches or wires. I dont think they were included in the system eventhough the diagram shows switches for the T-tops.  I know where the flasher is and it works fine. Where do I go from here??????

The T-tops were protected by the alarm on 78s only after VIN 25281 or so.
Maybe have someone hold down the hood switch so you're sure it's disengaged and try it again.
Relay?
Does the door switch look like it's ever been messed with? There's a protector switch there to prevent tampering that could be closed.
