Had the car out yesterday and one of the problems that arose are the flashers not working properly. They work if the headlights are on but not if they are off. Same goes for the hazards. Brake lights work. Driver rear turn signal is dim and the front signal bulb is dead.
Make sure you read that because half way through writing it I went out to verify my information and shazzam the turn signals work
!? Still dim driver side and dead bulb, we are not claiming this is a bulb worthy of praise during lent! I'm at a loss and until it happens again, I know nothing of which I was earlier speaking!

Happy Travels!

Dim bulbs are almost always 100% ground problems. Make sure the bulbs are seated properly in the sockets, and wiggle the wiring with the signals on....
A burnt out bulb will usually cause the signals to not flash at all on that side....
Work with headlights on but not when off is usually a ground, also.
