I found the supplier on line, called LEDtronics, in California.  I don't have the web site, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

Finished installing the back-up lamps.  Then I moved out into the driveway to install my PS return hose.  Just as I finished up and was preparing to take a test drive, it began to rain.  Oh, well.  At least I had more light backing into the garage.  (The lamps work really well!  Lots of light.  The jury is out on whether it looks OK.  They are in approximately the same place as a C-6's back-up lamps, minus the body moulding around them.)

Pictures are forthcoming.  Have to unpack wife's Christmas present and read the instructions.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
IF you really want to get into a project, I have seen an additional lamp recess put in the rear bumper, and then use two tail lights and the new third spot gets the backup light.  Or the backup light is left in the center flanked by the old and the new tail light.

Looks real nice, works very well, but a lot of custom work.

Back on the road!  Rain stopped, and when I got home from church (where I play my butt off) I replaced the driver's side rocker arm cover gasket.  Easier than I thought.  Now with the new PS return hose, back-up lamps, and gasket, I'm driving with no smell of oil on the manifold.  Dang, I love it when things work out well.

Next I will replace the driver's side headlight vacuum motor (actuator, or whatever we are supposed to call it).  Need to replace all the vacuum lines to the front while I'm at it.  Now I can wipe all the oil off the engine and front suspension parts (I know, leave a light film), replace my spark plug wires, and just drive....till those rear wheel bearings sieze up (they're noisey).  When I remove the swing arms to send them away for rebuild, I'll renew all the rear suspension rubber, links, brakes, and universal joints.  Then I can just drive....till I dissasemble everything for paint.  After that, I can just drive it....till I park it to re-engine.......

Ahhh....what an affair......

82delight,
You may have to post a new topic and it will give you the opportunity to attach a photo.  the attach photo icon at the top of the post box is a tree.  I dont believe you can attach a photo to a reply unless you have the pic somewhere like photobucket.com and then post a link to the pic.  Quite a few of us use photobucket and its a free service.  Id love to see the pics when you get them posted.

I am sorry.  I missed a question from VetterBob.  So, several weeks late...

At Corvette Specialties, we are a small retail store.  You don't need part numbers.  Just call or e-mail and tell us what you need, and we take care of you.

Steve,
There are several posts that explain how to post a picture, but here is the brief explaination.
1. resize the picture to about 2"x2" with 150 pixels per inch and save it in a folder, with a name that is just numbers and letters, no spaces.
2. Select either quote or reply in a post.
3. Click on the tree icon at the top.
4. use the browser to find your picture.
5. upload your picture.
6. click OK and the picture will appear.

If you still have problems, send me a PM.

There is a special rear valance that is for cars that came with rear exhaust and have converted to side.  It costs about $170.00, and fills in the space.
