Vette(s): White 1975 L48 Stingray 129,000 Miles, daily driver.
Hey...this was previously mentioned by someone(Glen i think)...I need to find the back up light switch to see if it still works, the problem is that with my manual all I show is a block of wires that come together(LG in LG out and like 8 other wires per side) found that and Bubba had snipped the LG that goes into each side very close to the block, so its almost impossible to use the existing block, and I still can't find the switch...so with that background.....where would I find the switch for the back-up lights...and what is the block with wires for?

Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.
Scot,
If it is an automatic, The switch is under the console mounted on the shifter, on the right side. If you have a 4 speed, the switch is on the drivers side of the transmssion, inside of the shifting rods. I put a better explanation of this on another post, not sure where, But on that post, I asked if you had a stick...er 4 speed...
