Thanks to Big Fish & After Shark for helping me with my headlight warning problem awhile ago. I finally got it done !
My next problem is this, I recently had all my taillights replaced on my 74. My back-up lights however don't work at all, I guess that I will have to replace the back-up switch by the trans, but, do they serve any other function ?
Braking, turning, or 4 way flasher ? They don't even come on when I turn my lights on, is that normal ? |headscratch|

Back-up lights are just that. They serve no other function. They only illuminate when in reverse.

The switch may just need a little adjustment. Give that a shot before forking over the dough for a new switch.

The entire switch was missing from mine. I found most of the parts, still need the little linkage thingy. Then I get to figure out how it all hooks up. I'm not even sure where on the side cover it bolts! And how to feed the wiring for it.
Guess I should have done that while the body was off huh?
